ABOUT THE
PRESENTER
Noble is originally from Warrensburg,
Missouri, where he attended Central Missouri State University.
Presently he lives in Burlington, Iowa.
One of Noble's first jobs was in heavy
construction. For the last 35 years he has been an employee of
Case Corporation in Burlington; starting in the Maintenance
Department, then developing skills as an Electrician, Department
Manager, Environmental Coordinator and before retiring in December
1998, was a
Facilities Engineer. He has also been a member of the Case/U.A.W.
Joint Safety Committee for the past 9 years. In 1994 the
Burlington Case Plant Safety Team won the TENNECO Safety and Health
Ergomonics Award.
In his spare time his hobby and
part-time job is in Bluegrass Music, which involves being a Promotor,
Master of Ceremonies and Producer. He is an active Mason and
Shrine Clown. Most recently he has developed motivational
speaking topics in the areas of Safety, Team-Building, and Personal
Development.
